ABOUT THE FIRM

       Mr. Chandler opened his office in November 2006 at the
encouragement of numerous clients, friends and colleagues. His
practice centers around real estate and construction law;
however, his experience in civil litigation covers many areas,
including a variety of partnership and business disputes, unfair
business practices, employment claims and ADA access
defense.

Although most of the firm's practice has centered around
litigation, we believe that litigation should be the last resort for
resolving  conflicts.  We try to draw from our litigation experience
to help our clients avoid legal disputes before they occur and to
find creative, and inexpensive solutions when they do occur.

Our practice is loosely associated with several solo
practitioners and small firms in Northern California. Feel free to
